HOUSE OF ZADIA ENFORCES A STRICT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY. Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hrs will result in a 50% service charge. Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hrs and NO-SHOWS, will be charged the FULL amount and will be charged to the card on file.

LATE FEE

Late fee: 10 to 20 minutes. After 21 minutes, appointments will be canceled, and a full service fee will be charged.
